## Description

Français de nos Régions is an innovative project dedicated to exploring and documenting the rich linguistic diversity of the French language across various regions. With a strong focus on crowdsourcing, this initiative invites users to engage actively in linguistic research by collecting vital data through a free mobile application, available on both the Apple Store and Google Play.

The app features four main components: **Localisez-moi**, which enhances geolocation accuracy based on user contributions; **Atlas**, allowing users to document their regional vocabulary and accents; **Enquêtes**, offering surveys to understand local variations and their sociolinguistic context; and an **Informations** section to learn about the project's goals and data privacy practices.

Collaboratively developed by experts from Sorbonne Université, the app aims to raise awareness about the cultural significance of regional French dialects, countering glottophobia and the stigmatization of local variants. By participating, users help contribute to a deeper understanding of the French language and its diverse expressions across the Francophonie.
