## Description

France Naissain is a French oyster hatchery and nursery based in Bouin, in the Vendée region. Founded in 1991, the company develops and supplies oyster farmers with high-quality oyster seed, pre-grown oysters and half-grown oysters. Its products cover multiple growth stages and sizes, supporting farmers from early cultivation through later production.

France Naissain operates a dedicated production network that includes a hatchery, micro-nursery, oyster nurseries and screening units. Its teams also conduct research and development focused on improving production methods, selection and product quality. The company works to strengthen the survival conditions of its oysters and deliver products with strong organoleptic and aesthetic qualities.

Alongside production, France Naissain shares oyster-farming expertise with current and future generations of farmers, helping pass on practical know-how and support the sector’s development. It also presents protecting nature and enabling future generations to enjoy oysters as ongoing commitments. Its website highlights organic and ASC oysters, as well as information on oyster farming, production and the species’ life cycle.
