Frances Tulk-Hart is a renowned visual artist, photographer, and writer based in NYC. With a career spanning over 24 years, she has traveled the world capturing the stories of diverse individuals. In 2012, Frances launched 5 Minutes With Franny, a project where she interviews and photographs her subjects at home, capturing their life's journey through an intimate lens. That same year, she joined the band Love Taps as a lead vocalist and met her now-husband, Jason Rossi, the band's lead singer and songwriter. Motherhood led Frances to rediscover her passion for painting and drawing, producing quiet, free-spirited depictions that showcased her visual talents in a fresh medium.

In 2018, Frances embarked on a powerful protest against the separation of children from their parents at the U. S. -Mexico border.

Titled 2000 Taken, this ongoing project involved adding 30 children daily to a massive piece of art symbolizing the plight of affected families. The painting drew international attention and highlighted Frances' empathy-driven activism. During the pandemic, Frances focused inwardly and created bi-monthly zines that documented her life and thoughts throughout 2019.

These publications combined her various mediums into a cohesive format and were highly acclaimed in the art world. Frances' latest endeavor, The Corona Diaries, captures the lives of people across the globe during the first wave of the Covid-19 lockdown. Through interviews and paintings, she explores individual experiences, frustrations, fears, and small joys, emphasizing that we are all connected in our shared humanity.

Her talent and versatility have attracted notable clients such as Air France, Coach, Elle Singapore, Facebook, Marc Jacobs, Teen Vogue, and Vogue Australia, among many others. With her camera always in hand, Frances continues to create captivating visual narratives while residing in NYC and Rhode Island with her family. Starting in 2023, Frances has embarked on a new project called The Flowers We Feel, a weekly photo and writing endeavor that celebrates the beauty of flora in all its forms.

Drawing from her deep archive, she combines flower photographs with everyday stories, capturing the essence of nature's vibrant presence in our lives.
