## Description

Simple is a family office technology and artificial intelligence advisory founded by Francois Botha. The firm helps family offices across Europe and the Americas make informed technology decisions, from selecting software to adopting AI. Its work focuses on helping offices use technology effectively and put AI to work safely.

Among its services, Simple runs Simplifying AI workshops designed for family offices. These sessions have taken place in cities including Copenhagen, Stockholm, Geneva, Zurich, London and Mexico City. The advisory also supports broader conversations about how family offices can adapt their operations and decision-making as software takes on more work.

Simple’s founder shares expertise through writing, teaching and speaking on AI, technology and family offices. Botha lectures on AI for the University of Zurich’s CAS in Family Governance and Family Office Excellence, and speaks at organisations including IMD and the CFA Institute. Through advisory work, workshops and public education, Simple helps family offices navigate emerging technologies and consider how their practices can evolve for the agentic era.
