## Description

FRANK BERLIN e.V. is a non-profit association and community platform dedicated to making mental health more visible, accessible, and less isolating. Based in Berlin, it creates spaces for open conversations about mental health, fear, identity, and emotional life, bringing people together to explore experiences that are often kept quiet.

The association offers events, research-based articles, creative formats, and community initiatives. Its events include workshops and conversations on topics such as creativity, perfectionism, and emotional wellbeing. The online journal shares accessible perspectives on subjects including culture and mental health, endometriosis, decision fatigue, burnout, and men’s emotional expression. Visitors can also find information about the organisation, frequently asked questions, and ways to support its work or subscribe to its newsletter.

FRANK BERLIN aims to encourage understanding and connection through thoughtful content and shared experiences. It is not a professional counselling service and advises people facing emergencies or crises to contact a doctor. The organisation encourages anyone experiencing difficulties, whether mild or severe, to seek appropriate support.
