## Description

Frauen-Selbstverteidigung in München offers practical self-defense training for women and teenagers, led by licensed instructor Gerhard Goller. The courses are designed to help participants recognize and respond to danger, develop effective defensive techniques, and build confidence, assertiveness, and a stronger sense of personal safety. Training takes place among women, creating a supportive setting where participants can focus on learning without concerns about practicing with male partners.

The program is organized into four independent blocks, each comprising four weekly Saturday sessions of 60 minutes. Topics include striking and kicking at longer distances, escaping holds and embraces at close range, getting free from the ground, and defending against knife attacks. Because the blocks do not depend on one another, participants can join at any time and choose the areas they want to practice. The instructor also offers free introductory sessions and discounted refresher training for those who have completed a block. Courses are held at Forum starke Knochen in Munich, with separate offerings also listed for parents and children, teenagers, and anti-bullying training.
