The school teaches the Hsiang family’s Praying Mantis style, a traditional system featuring a wide range of movement, hand and weapon forms. Its practice is described as fast, flowing and precise, and is intended to help students develop mobility, balance, strength and self-confidence while enjoying movement. Women train and teach women, creating a setting where beginners and experienced practitioners can learn together. Classes cover different aspects of the martial art and take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. The school is led by instructors Dorothee Plass, Muriel González and Ilona Obergfell. In addition to regular training, it offers weekend events and workshop days led by instructors from the international martial arts community. Women interested in joining can contact the school to ask about a trial session. The school’s programs focus on Kung Fu practice and personal development through movement, technique and training. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Martial Arts _(under Sports)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idJgVHh3sK/w/400/h/76/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793157061960) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Flame Pea | #e45c42 | accent | | Limeade | #1cae00 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - var(--bs-font-sans-serif) — asset _(custom)_ - var(--bs-font-sans-serif) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
