## Description

Martina Saalfrank offers practical, encouraging support for parents who want family life to feel more harmonious and everyday parenting to work better. Through her program, “Diskutieren Sie noch oder erziehen Sie schon?” (“Are you still debating, or are you already parenting?”), she helps participants explore common challenges, such as children not following instructions and parents feeling exhausted, alone, or misunderstood. The two-hour session combines a light-hearted approach with serious reflection, using the “Question Mark | Pause | Exclamation Mark” principle to help families identify workable solutions. Participants learn simple tools and take part in short exercises designed to improve their parenting approach, with ideas they can use at home straight away. Saalfrank also offers a bullying-prevention course in Engen for children up to age 11. The course focuses on responding to insults and provocation, building perseverance, and recognizing and accepting feelings. It is held over two mornings at the seminar room in the Alte Ölmühle.
