Free Arts is a brand that aims to inspire and empower children in Los Angeles who have experienced abuse, neglect, poverty, and homelessness. Founded in 1977, Free Arts brings the healing power of art to these children, helping them recover from trauma and rediscover their self-esteem and resilience. With the assistance of trained facilitators and over 200 adult volunteer mentors, Free Arts provides creative arts programs to over 22,000 children annually.
