## Description

Freediving Team Ostrava is a Czech freediving community focused on breath-hold diving, training, education, and sharing news from events and competitions. The team introduces newcomers to freediving, explains its relationship to scuba diving, and highlights safety, locations, records, and the achievements of its members. Its activities are based in Ostrava and the surrounding area, with regular pool training on Thursdays at the covered swimming pool in Poruba and on Sundays at Vodní svět SAREZA.

The team offers courses for beginners and advanced freedivers, including pool disciplines and depth disciplines, as well as courses in scuba diving and fin swimming. Course availability varies, so interested participants are encouraged to make contact for current information. The website also features event reports, photographs, a calendar, member resources, frequently asked questions, and an e-shop. Through training sessions, courses, and community activities, Freediving Team Ostrava supports people interested in learning and practicing freediving while promoting safe participation and celebrating the progress and accomplishments of its members.
