The Freedom to Choose Project (FTC) is dedicated to reducing recidivism and empowering individuals to embrace second chances. We believe in the transformative power of redemption. Our mission is to assist incarcerated men and women in redefining themselves as valuable members of society, shedding the label of criminals.

Through our In-Prison Programs, Victim Support, Community Outreach, Service Learning, Training, and Alumni Support, we provide comprehensive support and resources to those seeking a fresh start. One of our flagship initiatives, the 33-Day Choosing Inner Peace Challenge, offers daily exercises to help individuals let go of triggers and find inner peace. Since our inception, we have witnessed a tremendous shift in the prison culture and achieved remarkable results, with recidivism rates below 5% for female participants in five or more FTC workshops.
