Free Land is a charitable foundation presented by Lviv Bank that aims to provide comprehensive assistance in addressing the issue of demining Ukrainian lands. As a result of the ongoing conflict, explosive remnants of war pose a significant threat to the safety and lives of Ukrainian citizens. With the joint efforts of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) and the Identification Course for Explosive Hazards (ICE), Free Land plays a crucial role in supporting Ukraine's demining efforts. The foundation focuses on humanitarian, economic, and ecological aspects, educating civilians on how to behave in areas potentially contaminated by explosive hazards. Additionally, Free Land prioritizes equipping and supplying demining units with the necessary tools and ammunition to detect, neutralize, and dispose of explosive objects on previously occupied territories.
