## Description

FreeSchoolClothes.com is a community-driven initiative designed to support families across the UK by redistributing outgrown school uniforms and essential items for free. Founded in Cardiff by Jon Evans and his family during the cost-of-living crisis, the project began with a single donation box outside their home and quickly grew into a vibrant, volunteer-run platform. The mission of FreeSchoolClothes.com centers on three key pillars: saving families money, protecting the environment, and strengthening community connections. By facilitating the sharing of school clothing, footwear, and other necessary items, the platform aims to alleviate financial burdens while promoting sustainability. Users can easily join, list, and browse items through the website, ensuring that every item shared contributes to the collective effort of redefining school gear access. As it scales, FreeSchoolClothes.com aspires to save UK families an estimated £484.5 million per year, demonstrating that a simple community initiative can have a substantial social and environmental impact.
