## Description

Free Ski Dry Land provides year-round fitness and snowsports training for young ski athletes seeking to develop their on-snow skills and progress toward their winter goals. Its dryland program runs from October through June, combining fun, fitness and cross-training in a supportive team environment. Sessions are designed to build confidence, core strength, physical awareness and balance while helping minimise the risk of injury during winter.

Training and activities include trampoline, springboard diving, water-ramp jumping, aerial training, airbag and acro sessions, and high-altitude overnight fitness camps. Programs support a range of skiing disciplines, including big mountain, moguls, slopestyle, ski cross, giant slalom and aerials. Free Ski also offers individual pathways, customised school programs and specialist training camps, including freestyle camps in Fernie, Canada, and moguls and freestyle camps in Hakuba, Japan.

The brand’s coaching team includes qualified coaches and mentors, with a stated coach-to-athlete ratio of 1:7. Free Ski welcomes young athletes who want to train with like-minded snow sports participants and work toward their personal ambitions.
