Taking inspiration from the renowned American explorer John Fremont, who played a crucial role in opening up the American West for miners and settlers, Fremont Gold focuses on uncovering valuable resources. Backed by experienced geologists with a successful history of discovering multi-million-ounce gold deposits, Fremont has curated a portfolio of potential world-class copper-gold projects in Armenia's Tethyan belt, as well as exciting lithium and gold projects in Nevada, a top-tier mining jurisdiction.

One of Fremont's flagship projects is the Vardenis copper-gold project in central Armenia, which follows the same geological package as the renowned Amulsar gold deposit. With substantial gold and copper anomalies yet to be drilled, Fremont aims to commence exploration work, including road construction, geophysical surveys, and drilling, in September. Additionally, Fremont has identified the Urasar mineral district in northern Armenia, a district historically explored for copper, base metals, and gold with defined precious metal deposits.

Fremont has submitted an exploration permit application and expects to receive it in June 2023. Fremont's Nevada projects include the Cobb Creek gold project, which hosts a historic gold resource, the Griffon past producing gold mine with a new mineralized zone, and the Hurricane project, located along the Cortez Trend and yielding significant gold intercepts. Moreover, Fremont has secured 600 lode claims for lithium-bearing clays and additional brine claims in central Nevada, targeting lithium/boron brines and lithium-enriched clays.
