## Description

Friedrich is an Alsatian brand devoted to tarte flambée, also known as flammekueche, a regional specialty traditionally shared over a convivial meal. Based in Geudertheim, near Strasbourg, the family traces its roots to the area and continues to prepare the dish using a recipe passed down from grandmother Caroline. The brand aims to preserve the recipe’s authentic character while introducing occasional innovations.

Friedrich’s products are frozen flammekueche made with carefully selected ingredients. The company emphasizes simple, good-quality components and offers an organic range alongside its other products. Its focus on taste and ingredient quality is intended to create a balanced, flavorful dish that reflects the family tradition.

Suitable for an aperitif or a main course, Friedrich flammekueche can be enjoyed for everyday pleasure or a special treat. The brand presents its products as food to share with family and friends, appealing to both adults and children. Friedrich also provides information for professional audiences through its website, alongside product, quality, company history, and contact details.
