At Friendly Capital, we are flexible in our project approach. Depending on market demand, we will purchase, plan, and either sell to a builder or construct internally. Our comprehensive land development process includes coordinating the services of design and engineering professionals, conducting due diligence, environmental studies, and soil borings, as well as working with government entities to bring land to preliminary site plans or finished lot status.

Once we achieve governmental site plan approvals, we proceed with the construction of subdivisions, multi-family complexes, resort hotels, and office complexes.
