Friends Homes is a non-profit retirement community in Greensboro, NC that is dedicated to empowering each resident to realize their full potential. Founded by the North Carolina Yearly Meeting of the Society of Friends (Quakers) in 1958, Friends Homes aims to meet the needs of adults aged 62 and over by providing an environment that fosters independence, wholeness, health, and security. Residents on the Greensboro campus can enjoy the freedom of independent living, with the peace of mind knowing that assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care are available on-site. Regardless of faith, belief, or tradition, everyone is welcome at Friends Homes, and they are committed to providing equal housing opportunities to all. This warm and welcoming community promotes camaraderie, cooperation, and support among residents and staff. Visitors are invited to experience the spirit of Friends Homes for themselves.
