## Description

Tidewater Friends of Foster Care (TFFC) is a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on enriching the lives of foster children in Hampton Roads and Richmond, Virginia. Established in 2016 by experienced foster parents Richard Litton and Audra Bullock, TFFC addresses the critical needs of over 1,700 foster and at-risk youth each year. Operating on private donations and grants, TFFC collaborates with local social services and businesses to provide essential support services.

The organization runs various programs, including professional tutoring, funding for extracurricular activities, and summer camp opportunities, all designed to help foster youth thrive academically and socially. TFFC's mission emphasizes building a strong community of licensed foster parents, ensuring that youth achieve stable placements, and fostering successful transitions into adulthood. With a commitment to positively impacting the foster care system, TFFC invites community members to get involved through volunteering or donations, strengthening the network of support for those in need.
