## Description

FROST Regina is a city-wide winter festival that brings residents and visitors together to enjoy seasonal activities, entertainment, and local experiences. Held across three weekends in February, the 2026 festival took place at four locations: Wascana Centre, the REAL District, downtown Regina, and the Warehouse District. Its program offers options for families, young people, and adults, turning winter spaces into places to gather, play, and celebrate.

Activities include public skating, crokicurl, street hockey, snow hills, inflatable attractions, and Olympic-style games at Mosaic Stadium. Visitors can also enjoy horse-drawn carriage rides and, when weather permits, dogsledding at Wascana Centre. The festival features local food and vendors, warming areas, Sunday brunches at Conexus Arts Centre, and live theatre, including Disney’s Frozen – The Broadway Musical at Globe Theatre. For adults aged 19 and over, the Warehouse District offers a self-guided tour of six craft breweries, with a complimentary shuttle. FROST Regina also shares schedules and event updates, invites feedback, and works with volunteers, sponsors, partners, and co-organizers to deliver its seasonal celebration.
