Since 2018, its chefs have prepared small-batch dishes using quality ingredients, then blast-frozen to preserve flavour, texture and nutrients without preservatives. The range includes chicken, beef, pork, lamb and fish meals, as well as vegetarian dishes, soups, desserts, sauces and sides. Customers can choose from familiar favourites such as pies, curries, lasagne and stews, alongside seasonal selections. Meals are designed for easy preparation in an oven, air fryer or microwave, and many can be cooked directly from frozen in their heat-proof containers. Frozen For You offers online ordering, bundles, gift vouchers and meal-gifting options, with delivery seven days a week to many areas of Johannesburg, Cape Town and Pretoria; click-and-collect is available where delivery is not offered. The brand also has stores and provides Vitality HealthyDining options. It partners with local producers, suppliers and small businesses, and uses recyclable packaging made with recycled materials. ## Industries - 🛍 E-commerce and Shopping ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/frozenforyousa) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/frozenforyousa) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/frozen-for-you) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idRpN-sHeS/w/2168/h/874/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792147253562) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idRpN-sHeS/w/1749/h/1749/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792147253883) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Persian Blue | #1032cf | accent | | Verdun Green | #3a5101 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - LuloClean — asset _(custom)_ - Gotham — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
