Families of SMA Foundation Limited (FSMA), formerly known as Families of SMA Charitable Trust, is a Hong Kong charity founded in 1998 by Dr. Mei Ling Fok and a group of professionals and parents of children with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). Its mission is to help relieve hardship and suffering experienced by people affected by SMA and their family members.

SMA is a genetic disease that causes progressive muscle weakness and loss of movement, and can affect walking, upper-body movement, breathing, and swallowing. FSMA provides information about the condition and works to support affected individuals and families.
