## Description

Festival TransAmériques (FTA) is an international dance and theatre festival based in Montréal, bringing together performances and related artistic activities. Its program is presented through editions held in the city, with the 20th edition scheduled for May 28 to June 10, 2026, and the following edition listed for May 26 to June 10, 2027. The festival also shares interviews with artists and information about previous editions, helping audiences explore its programming and creative work. Beyond performances, FTA supports initiatives that connect artists and communities, including public engagement and development activities, and provides practical information for festival-goers. Its work also includes touring projects, sustainability efforts, and opportunities to support the organization through donations. The festival highlights collaborative projects, such as its call for proposals with the Centre national des arts and FURIES, and shares updates through its news section and newsletter. With a focus on dance and theatre, FTA serves as a Montréal platform for international artistic encounters and audience participation.
