## Description

Fuel Ventures is an entrepreneur-led venture capital firm focused on fueling the growth of ambitious technology companies. Created by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, it backs founders from pre-seed to Series A, with its funds investing between £150,000 and £3 million in businesses that have early commercial traction. The firm reports more than 230 start-ups across its funds’ portfolio and a community of over 1,850 investors.

Founded by Mark Pearson, Fuel Ventures draws on his experience building MyVoucherCodes, which grew into a major European voucher-code brand before its £55 million exit. The team positions itself as an active investment partner, offering portfolio companies practical operational expertise, guidance from people with start-up experience, and access to an experienced network. Its portfolio perks also include discounted software and infrastructure tools through provider partnerships.

Fuel Ventures supports founders with funding, follow-on investment and introductions to other venture capital investors. Investments in start-ups carry significant risks, including the possibility of losing the full amount invested and limited opportunities to sell shares early.
