## Description

Fukuoka Trampoline Club was founded in February 2014 to share the enjoyment of trampolining in Fukuoka. It welcomes participants from young children to adults, with instruction tailored to individual ability and experience so beginners can learn comfortably and progress at their own pace. Classes are offered at two locations: Keya-go in Minami Ward and Saitozaki in Higashi Ward.

The club provides varied training programs and courses, including general, high school and adult, and competitive options. Its instructors are qualified, and coaching is provided by instructors certified by the Japan Gymnastics Association. Safety-conscious facilities include four trampolines, one of which is suitable for official Olympic competition; the Higashi classroom has mid-sized trampolines.

Lessons invite participants to explore movement beyond ordinary bouncing, using different parts of the body and enjoying the freedom of trampolining. The club also highlights its potential to develop posture, core strength, and body awareness. Visitors interested in joining can contact either classroom with questions or to arrange a tour or trial lesson.
