## Description

FullerLife Active Ageing provides occupational therapy and personalised movement programs for adults over 50 who want to maintain independence and enjoy everyday life. Founded by Helen Fuller, the organisation has served its community for more than 10 years, with a focus on helping people build strength, improve balance and move with greater confidence. Its programs are tailored to individual needs and goals, using SMART goals and functional exercises to support activities such as travelling, hiking, playing with grandchildren and managing daily tasks.

Clients can work on strength, balance, core fitness, cardiovascular health, mobility and flexibility through individual or small-group sessions. FullerLife takes a holistic approach, considering physical, emotional and social well-being, and aims to create a supportive, inclusive environment. Its facility is designed for people over 50 and is located in Richmond and Abbotsford, with access to public transport, walking routes and parking. Flexible scheduling, online appointment booking and payment are available. FullerLife’s mission is to help older adults feel stronger, move more freely and live life to the fullest.
