## Description

Fundación 360 is a Spanish foundation dedicated to advancing the personal autonomy of people with physical and organic disabilities. Its work focuses on defending their rights, strengthening their independence, and promoting a model of autonomy grounded in ethical and social commitment. The foundation provides information and resources on personal assistance, including guidance on relevant regulations and a code of practice for personal assistants. It also invites people to explore employment opportunities as assistants and offers seminars addressing autonomy, technology, and progress in the field. Through research and its Observatory for Personal Autonomy, Fundación 360 shares findings and insights, including results from the AUPERMAD 2025 study. The organisation also raises awareness through events, news, and its podcast Sin Palos en las Ruedas. Its activities extend to initiatives supporting people with disabilities in legal settings, including a facilitator training course developed with the Madrid College of Criminology. Based in Madrid, Fundación 360 works to foster the development of personal autonomy and uphold the rights of people with disabilities.
