## Description

Its inclusive, year-round approach builds fundamental movement skills and physical literacy while encouraging healthy, confident futures and a lasting enjoyment of activity. The programme is designed for primary schools, athletics clubs and community organisations, with options for activities in schools, parks, community venues and at home.

Schools can use funetics to enrich PE through engaging activities that recognise every child’s effort and achievement. England Athletics-affiliated clubs can access a free licence to introduce under-11s to track and field and grow their junior sections. Other providers can choose from a range of licences, supported by training, resources and ongoing guidance to shape sessions for local needs. Families can take part using home activities, a Home School Pack, Activity Cards and videos. The funetics multi-challenge also offers age-appropriate competition opportunities for primary-aged children, with pilot events being developed by clubs and athletics associations across the country.
