## Description

**Fun Farm Ltd** is a registered charity based in the Redland Coast area of Brisbane, dedicated to enhancing social connections for teenagers and young adults with disabilities. Founded by Karen Howe in 2019, Fun Farm recognizes the unique challenges faced by individuals and families in this demographic, particularly as traditional social opportunities diminish in the transition from school to adulthood.

The organization offers a variety of monthly activities designed to promote friendships and support networks among peers. These engaging recreational programs not only provide fun but also aim to enrich the lives of participants while fostering an inclusive community atmosphere. Fun Farm envisions a future where all abilities come together in a joyful space, facilitating connections and shared experiences.

Led by a passionate team of directors, Fun Farm is committed to creating a welcoming environment for individuals with disabilities and their families, ensuring that everyone can enjoy social experiences that celebrate diversity and connection. Join Fun Farm in making transformative memories and building a supportive community for all.
