## Description

Funnel Recruitment is a specialist search firm focused exclusively on sales development representatives (SDRs) for SaaS and AI companies. It helps employers identify and assess candidates while offering SDRs training, coaching and opportunities to demonstrate their skills to hiring companies.

Before candidates meet clients, Funnel trains them in areas including cold calling, prospecting and MEDDICC. Its candidates also receive advice and coaching from working SDR leaders who build and scale sales teams. Rather than relying on CVs and interviews alone, Funnel invites clients to assessment centre days, where they can watch candidates work live and choose whom to interview.

The firm’s recruitment process moves from an initial brief about the role, market and target, to a live assessment day, selected interviews and placement. Coaching and development continue after an SDR starts the role. Funnel works with founders hiring their first SDRs, sales leaders growing a team and talent teams seeking specialist SDR reach.
