## Description

The Furman Golf Club is a public golf facility in Greenville, South Carolina, welcoming golfers from the city and nearby communities. Located at 400 North Highway 25 Bypass, it offers an 18-hole, par-72 course recognized as a leading public course in Greenville and the Upstate. The course was ranked among Golfweek’s Best Campus Courses in 2016 and has earned a 3.5-star Golf Digest rating. Its challenging layout was renovated in 2008, with all greens reconstructed to USGA specifications and reseeded with Champion UltraDwarf Bermudagrass. Later improvements include upgraded practice facilities, additional tees for different skill levels, enhanced bunkers, irrigation and drainage work, refurbished cart paths, and clubhouse enhancements. The club also provides tee-time booking, annual passes for individuals, juniors, and families, golf instruction and clinics, events, and custom club fitting and re-gripping services. Players can access course information, scorecards, rules, and mobile GPS resources. The facility is designated a PGA Family Course and includes Traditions Grille.
