## Description

Fusion Gym is a small-scale training studio based in Utrecht-West, founded by trainer Justus Blok. It brings together kickboxing, personal guidance and a considered approach to movement, helping people build strength, fitness and confidence while learning to move with control. Beginners and experienced participants are welcome, with classes adapted to individual ability and taught in small groups. The gym prioritizes technique, safety and sustainable progress over a macho culture or unnecessarily intense training.

Kickboxing and Muay Thai are central to its program, developing conditioning, coordination, timing and balance. Other offerings include one-to-one personal training tailored to goals such as strength, mobility, fitness and kickboxing technique; Acro-Yoga for balance, stability and body awareness; and sports massage to support relaxation and recovery. Fusion Gym also runs corporate kickboxing workshops and programs focused on teamwork, communication, resilience and well-being. Introductory kickboxing sessions are available for people without prior experience. Training takes place at locations around Lombok, including Staringstraat 1, and outdoors in parks when conditions allow.
