## Description

Future Climate Collective is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to empowering the next generation in the face of climate disruption and ecological challenges. Operating primarily in the Pacific Northwest, it recognizes the deficiencies in traditional education related to climate literacy and resilience-building. The organization focuses on equipping young people with essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. By providing hands-on programs, training, and mentorship, Future Climate Collective enables teenagers to understand complex systems, engage in meaningful discussions, and take actionable steps towards positive change within their communities.

Through initiatives like the Climathon: Teen Climate Innovation Challenge, the collective fosters an environment where youth can transform knowledge into impactful projects, thereby enhancing their confidence and agency. Central to its mission is a commitment to inclusivity and intergenerational collaboration, believing that empowering today's youth is crucial for creating sustainable solutions. Ultimately, Future Climate Collective champions the idea that youth voices are vital in shaping a hopeful and resilient future.
