Future Leaders Bermuda

Future Leaders Bermuda is a dynamic organization that aims to empower and cultivate the next generation of leaders. Recognizing that young people often feel powerless in the face of societal challenges, Future Leaders Bermuda provides opportunities for middle to high school-aged students to develop the skills they need to make a positive impact in their community and the world. Through their flagship Summer Programme, students embark on a three-week empowerment experience that culminates in an induction ceremony, officially recognizing them as Future Leaders.

This opens the door to a range of mentorship and development opportunities. Additionally, Future Leaders Bermuda offers a Monthly Mentorship Club, which fosters life skills and academic enrichment, promoting collaboration and self-improvement. Moreover, the organization provides study abroad and cultural exploration opportunities for students who have completed the Summer Programme, allowing them to further develop their skills internationally.

Furthermore, Future Leaders Bermuda partners with overseas organizations to create personalized itineraries for group trips to Bermuda, facilitating school trips, research, educational expeditions, and volunteer activities. With a focus on community-centered and social justice-minded approaches, Future Leaders Bermuda encourages independent thought and empowers students to disrupt the status quo.
