## Description

Future Options is a hands-on advisory practice that helps growing businesses strengthen their finance, operations, and strategy. Founded by Chris Smith, a founder and operator with experience building, scaling, and advising consumer businesses, the practice works alongside founders and leadership teams as an extension of their organization. It is designed for companies that have outgrown their existing structures but may not need a full-time executive team.

Services include fractional CFO and COO leadership, founder and executive advisory, and focused strategic projects. Financial support covers cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, reporting, profitability analysis, capital planning, financial modeling, and performance indicators. Operational work may include inventory management, ERP and warehouse systems, fulfillment partner evaluation, wholesale operations, systems integration, process documentation, and organizational structure. Future Options also supports growth planning, capital strategy, and hands-on execution.

Engagements are tailored to each business and may be ongoing or project-based. By connecting financial insight with operational realities, Future Options helps leadership teams understand business performance, make informed decisions, and build the structure needed to act on them.
