## Description

Futures Flèches is a running coaching brand serving athletes in Paris and Île-de-France, with remote support available wherever clients are based. Founded by coach Eliott Sageat, the team has supported runners since 2017, from beginners preparing for their first race to experienced athletes pursuing new personal bests. Its approach combines tailored training, attentive human support and gradual progression, helping clients train intelligently, build confidence and avoid overreaching.

Coaching options include monthly remote plans with ongoing adjustments, coach access, and strength-training and nutrition plans; a remote package with a monthly video consultation; and individually designed in-person coaching in Paris and the surrounding region. Face-to-face sessions can take place in parks, on tracks or at home, with real-time feedback on running technique. Clients can also access a training platform and community groups for motivation and shared support. The coaching team brings expertise across road running, trail, triathlon, cycling and strength training. Each programme is adapted to a runner’s goals, schedule, fitness, sensations and needs, with an emphasis on sustainable progress and enjoyment.
