## Description

Fuyao Glass America manufactures and distributes automotive glass in the United States, serving both vehicle manufacturers and the replacement-glass aftermarket. Its original equipment manufacturer (OEM) glass is supplied to major automakers, including General Motors, Ford, BMW, Honda, and Bentley. For replacement needs, Fuyao offers aftermarket glass developed using the same processes as its OEM products, emphasizing comparable quality and competitive cost.

Founded in 1987 in Fuzhou, China, Fuyao Group began as a joint venture producing automotive and industrial glass. The company established its first U.S. manufacturing plant in 2015 and ships glass from its large Dayton-area manufacturing site. Its American operations include facilities in Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, and South Carolina, supporting manufacturing, distribution, and customer service.

Fuyao invests in research and development through four design centers worldwide and holds more than 300 patents. The company has received supplier and quality awards from General Motors, Chrysler, and Ford. Fuyao Glass America also invites businesses to become suppliers and offers career opportunities across manufacturing, engineering, and administrative roles.
