## Description

Force of One Martial Arts is a veteran-owned, family-run Taekwondo school in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, serving students from age six through adulthood. The school teaches Olympic-style Taekwondo aligned with Kukkiwon and World Taekwondo standards, with certified coaches and officials, including a Kukkiwon International Master. It highlights its Kukkiwon certification and reports promoting 102 students to black belt across its two schools.

Programs are designed for different ages and goals. Little Dragons introduces young students to Taekwondo while building focus, coordination, and confidence. Adult and Advanced classes welcome beginners and experienced practitioners, while High Performance training supports students preparing to compete. Sport-specific strength and conditioning is also available. A family class for parents and children is listed as returning soon.

Students can use a free online library of video demonstrations covering Taegeuk forms from Il Jang through Pal Jang, as well as Koryo, Kibam, and hand drills, organized by belt rank. Located near Hurlburt Field, Force of One offers a free first week of classes, with no equipment needed.
