## Description

Gail Henry’s website brings together her professional engineering work, technical projects, writing, photography, and creative hobbies. A subsea systems engineer and programmer, Henry shares both her career and the personal experiments that grow from her interests in technology and making things. The site’s Projects section features professional work alongside personal experiments, including home automation and utility integrations. Her writing covers artificial intelligence, programming, photography, and quilting, with practical accounts of projects such as training an image classifier to identify birds in her garden. Photography galleries organize images by subject, while the Hobbies section explores quilting, recipes, animals, home automation, and mahjong. Henry describes herself as technical by training and creative by instinct, and the site reflects both sides of that identity. Visitors can learn about her, browse selected work, read recent posts, explore galleries, and follow what she is currently working on. The site is a personal and professional portfolio rather than a catalogue of commercial products or services.
