## Description

Galerie Isa, founded by Ashwin Thadani, is a renowned gallery in Mumbai that has been showcasing international contemporary art in India since 2011. Located in the iconic Kamani Chambers building in the Art Deco district of Ballard Estate, Galerie Isa spans 5000 square feet and is committed to promoting the work of the world's most dynamic contemporary artists. The gallery has fostered a meaningful dialogue with established and mid-career artists such as Diana Al-Hadid, Louise Despont, Santiago Giralda, and Gregor Hildebrandt, while also nurturing emerging talents like Maha Ahmed, Haroun Hayward, and Ian Malhotra. Galerie Isa consistently produces scholarly catalogues and collaborates with external curators to curate thought-provoking exhibitions. Visitors to Galerie Isa will be captivated by a diverse range of international and diaspora artists, showcasing both new talents and exemplary works by established artists who have shaped the 21st-century art scene. The gallery's expansion in 2021, with the opening of Galerie Isa 9, a second adjacent space, brings added opportunities for private viewings and simultaneous exhibitions. Galerie Isa continues to be driven by the overwhelming reception to its artists' works and Ashwin Thadani's unwavering passion.
