## Description

Gambade! is a Norman food-and-walking event celebrating the region’s landscapes, culinary heritage and local talent. Created in 2022 with the support of the Seine Estuary Metropolitan Pole, the event is prepared with the association LM&CO Événements and DBCOM. Each edition invites participants to explore a different area of the Seine estuary on a marked route of about 15 kilometres, with stops at distinctive local sites such as farms, historic monuments, gardens and estates.

At each stage, guests enjoy seasonal dishes prepared by Normandy chefs, paired with regional drinks and live music. The experience is designed for nature lovers, food enthusiasts and anyone looking for a convivial day out with family, friends or colleagues. The route concludes with a village-style evening at the Guinguette, featuring music, dancing, food trucks and producer stalls; the celebration is free and open to all, including non-participants. Gambade! also shares a yearly carnet of more than 100 food and leisure experiences across the estuary.
