## Description

Game Boys Comedy is a creative comedy partnership formed by brothers Eden Porter and Josh Porter, alongside Melbourne-based audiovisual designer Kinetic Screen. The group describes its work as “fine comedy shows,” award-winning nonsense and nostalgic entertainment, bringing together live performance and audiovisual creativity. Its projects span festival shows, online content and other comedy formats, with titles that playfully draw on gaming, television, esports and popular culture.

Selected work includes Dancefloor Dedications, Escape to the Megaverse, Fest Bet, Hey Hey It’s Lockdown, Game Boys Game Night and GB24: The Improvised Variety News Channel. The partnership has also created Game Boys Cinematic Universe, Wide World of Esports and the Melbourne Fringe fundraiser, among other projects. Several shows have returned in multiple years, including Escape to the Megaverse and Game Boys Cinematic Universe. Through its varied productions, Game Boys Comedy offers audiences energetic, nostalgia-infused comedy across live and digital settings.
