## Description

GameCrowd is an early-access platform from Blue Donut Studios that helps independent tabletop game makers bring their ideas into production. Built by people with experience making games and software, it connects makers with professional manufacturers through a shared workspace designed to make production clearer and more accessible.

Makers can create a detailed blueprint of a game’s components, use built-in tools to estimate production costs, and send specifications to manufacturers worldwide for itemised quotes. They can compare pricing, per-unit costs, lead times and minimum order quantities, then work with a chosen manufacturer on production artwork and manage the manufacturing run through delivery. Manufacturers can showcase their capabilities, review structured requests for quotation and submit quotes for prepared projects.

GameCrowd’s maker and manufacturer tools are available now, with free signup and no credit card required to start a project. The company plans to introduce funding and audience-building tools for makers, along with player discovery, playtesting and collaborative buying services, later this year.
