## Description

Spesoft is a software developer whose products and online resources focus on arcade gaming, emulation, pinball, and home entertainment. Its community forum brings together users for product news, technical support, guides, feature requests, and project sharing. The forum also notes that donations help meet the costs of running Spesoft’s products and sites.

The brand’s offerings include GameEx, a retro-gaming and multimedia front end, and PinballX, software supported by dedicated update, help, and media forums. GameEx Evolution is another product, with community sections for emulator support, plugins, and user-created projects. Touch-Play provides a further gaming-related product with its own news and support areas. Convert-It is a software suite with product updates and assistance, including discussion of media conversion. Spesoft also lists VPDB.io, an online pinball resource, and XDMD, a 2D display library for pinball dot-matrix displays that supports PinDMD and virtual DMD. Other offerings and resources include SlingFront, a Slingbox HTPC front end, and MAME Screensaver. Users can access downloads, documentation, forums, and community-contributed themes, media, and add-ons.
