## Description

GamesNostalgia is a retro-gaming website devoted to the history and experience of computer games from 1977 onward. It explores the machines that enabled them, the studios that created them, and the people behind the code, presenting its research through hand-written pages organized game by game and year by year. Alongside historical coverage, the site offers a curated catalog of around 1,500 classic games for Amiga, MS-DOS, Commodore 64, and Windows, with additional platform coverage for Genesis/Mega Drive. Visitors can browse games by title, platform, studio, series, or genre, and discover new arrivals, reviews, videos, charts, and editorial features. Selected titles are playable directly in a browser, while the site also provides game downloads and emulator-related resources. Its content includes series histories, individual game stories, rankings, and background articles that connect familiar classics with their creators and original platforms. GamesNostalgia also points users to WHDownload, an archive of Retroplay WHDLoad packs updated weekly, and Old Games Download, a search engine for locating old games on Internet Archive.
