## Description

Gameto is a biotechnology company focused on addressing unmet needs in women’s reproductive health, from fertility treatment to menopause care. Its cell-engineering platform is being developed to support new approaches to infertility, ovarian disease, and the effects of menopause. The company’s lead program, Fertilo, uses engineered ovarian support cells to help mature eggs outside the body. Designed for IVF and egg freezing, the approach aims to reduce hormone stimulation and simplify treatment. Fertilo is investigational in the United States and is being evaluated in a Phase 3 clinical trial; it has not been approved by the FDA for marketing or established safety and efficacy. Gameto’s pipeline also includes Deovo, which is developing drug candidates for ovarian disease, and Ameno, which explores cell-based approaches intended to address menopause. The company provides information for patients and clinics, including clinical-trial eligibility resources, updates, and details on Fertilo availability. Through its research and programs, Gameto seeks to expand options for women and families throughout reproductive life and beyond.
