## Description

The Gandy Bagpiping Foundation is a charitable initiative that creates opportunities for learners and supports the development of bagpipers, particularly through scholarships and educational experiences. Founded on the hope of helping students progress, the Foundation has grown with community support and provides assistance to deserving piping students across North America. Its grants can help cover tuition, additional instruction, summer schools and attendance at major competitions, enabling students to build their skills and deepen their understanding of piping.

One of its early fundraising projects was Front Row Seat, a CD featuring live piobaireachd performances by Bruce Gandy, with proceeds helping fund its work.
