## Description

GAPPA ROCKS ISHIKAWA is a music festival and charitable event created to support the ongoing recovery of Japan’s Noto Peninsula following the 2024 earthquake. Organized by the GAPPA ROCKS ISHIKAWA Executive Committee, the festival brings artists and music fans together in Kanazawa to raise awareness and encourage continued support for affected communities. Its 2025 event took place on May 10 at the Ishikawa Prefectural Industrial Exhibition Hall, a venue that also welcomed evacuees and relief supplies after the disaster.

The lineup featured Japanese acts including Sambomaster, Kuroyume, ORANGE RANGE, BRAHMAN, Maximum the Hormone, MONGOL800, and MAN WITH A MISSION. The organizers state that proceeds remaining after expenses are donated to volunteer organizations working in Noto. The brand also offers support merchandise, including festival T-shirts and long-sleeved shirts, with net proceeds after expenses directed to the same cause. For attendees, event information includes standing tickets, access guidance, and shuttle bus arrangements from Kanazawa Station and a designated parking area.
