## Description

Garami Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and mixed martial arts training gym in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Its team aims to help people build strength, resilience, discipline, and confidence through structured training and a supportive community. Programs are available for children, adults, teens, and women, with options for beginners and experienced grapplers.

The Kids Jiu Jitsu Program combines technique, accountability, and encouragement to help young students develop skills and self-confidence. The Adults Jiu Jitsu Program uses the gym’s ECO Model, blending technique, intensity, and community to support skill development. Women can train in a dedicated class focused on confidence, self-defense, and Jiu Jitsu skills. The MMA and Striking Program complements grappling with striking, wrestling, and movement training.

The Fayetteville schedule also includes homeschool classes, kids’ MMA, wrestling, open mat, and sparring sessions. Garami Jiu Jitsu offers a free trial class for prospective students. Located on Waldos Beach Road, the gym presents itself as a welcoming place where coaches and students encourage one another on and off the mats.
