Gaston Choral Society is a thriving community choir in Gaston County that has been bringing the joy of choral music to the local community for over 50 years. Founded in 1968 by two visionary doctors, Dr. Joel Conner and Dr. Edward Whitesides, the society has grown from a small group of enthusiastic singers to a diverse ensemble that includes members of all ages, from high school students to adults.
